They are very patient and will literally bend over backwards to get YOU into your next home. I worked with Butch for 6 months. Initially we did not qualify due to credit. He didn’t turn his back on us and would periodically reach out to check in. When we received the green light, we found a house and made an offer within 24hrs of approval. He is not pushy and will not “sell” you on buying to make a buck because he knows how important it is for everyone to find that perfect place called home.
